Delete your account

From inside the app

1. Sign in to FieldBench.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Team & data and use Export first if you want a copy of your records.
4. Request deletion by emailing the address below from the email on your account. We confirm it is you before anything is deleted.

By email

Email will@daytonacomputerrepair.com with the subject “Delete my FieldBench account”. Send it from the email address on the account so we can verify the request.

We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your login and staff profile.
• Your shop's records: customers, jobs, appointments, estimates, invoices, parts inventory, messages, and uploaded photos.
• Any connections you authorized, such as QuickBooks or Outlook.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Records of completed payments are retained where tax and accounting law requires it, and they are kept only for that purpose. Encrypted backups age out on a rolling schedule, normally within 35 days, after which the data is gone from those too.

Card details are never stored by FieldBench. Payments are processed by Stripe, and their retention is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
