FieldBench

FieldBench vs Jobber

Jobber is solid field service software. FieldBench covers the same day-to-day and adds the parts of a repair shop that field-only tools leave out, at a flat price that does not move when you hire.

Why shops look for a Jobber alternative

Seat limits decide your org chart

When plans are tiered by user count, adding a helper can push you onto a bigger plan. FieldBench does not count heads. One price, unlimited employees, so headcount is an operations decision instead of a billing one.

Half your work never leaves the shop

Benches, intake, device history, and parts on the shelf are first-class in FieldBench, not something you bolt onto a job form designed for a visit.

Parts you can actually count

Scan a barcode with the camera to pull a part up, take one off the shelf with a tap, and get told when you are low. Every movement is logged, so you can find out where a part went.

What you get

  • Jobs for bench, field, mail-in, and remote, on one board
  • Scheduling, dispatch, and a live map of the day
  • Estimates that turn into invoices without retyping
  • Card payments through your own Stripe or Square account
  • Automatic customer status updates, so the “is it ready” calls stop
  • Barcode parts inventory with low-stock warnings
  • Two-way QuickBooks Online sync
  • A booking page, a live status page, and online invoice payment for your customers

What it costs

One flat price per shop with unlimited employees. Charging a shop per person to run its own business is a tax on hiring, so we do not do it.

Standard
$99/mo
Everything to run one shop.
Pro
$149/mo
A head start as you grow.
Premier
$249/mo
Early access and white-glove.

Yearly and two-year terms cost less. Every tier includes unlimited employees.

Moving your data over

Bring your customer list over from a CSV export. FieldBench reads the standard columns (name, company, email, phone, address) and matches on phone or email as it goes, so re-running an import never duplicates anyone and your existing records are never overwritten.

Stuck on an export? Send it to will@daytonacomputerrepair.com and we will map it for you.

Try it on a real job

Take one job through it start to finish and see whether it fits how you actually work.
